Mrs. Amy Fenegan- Fine Arts Head & Performing Arts Teacher
Mrs. Fenegan has a Music Education degree from Columbia College and was the Director of Choirs in Lexington District One and Horry County Schools, proudly leading her students to state and national choral awards and championships. Amy has served on the Board of Directors, and as Vice President and President of the Lexington County Arts Association for many years, and has directed, music directed and performed in more than 50 musicals at local high schools and community theatres. In 2006, Amy opened Studio A for Performing Arts, instructing private lessons and classes in voice, piano, musical theatre, worship arts, and acting, teaching hundreds of Lexington County students. In 2017, Studio A downsized to allow Amy to care for her family’s changing needs. She continues to teach more than 20 private students as well as runs the Fine Arts Academy after school at NCA.
Mrs. Emily Farr- English Teacher & Musical Director
I received my BA in English from North Greenville University and am currently working on my Master's in Education from Liberty University. This is my fifth year teaching Public Speaking and Debate and my second year teaching Theater here at NCA! I have been teaching for ten years, and six of those have been here at NCA. I have had the privilege of starting the theater department been so grateful to direct three musicals while here!
